Dr. Alp Turkmen has been driving businesses to innovate, launch, and grow, delivering customer-focused products, services, and technologies to the global market. As an experienced thought leader, he guides entrepreneurs, Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (M-SMEs), and large corporations in launching and scaling their ventures. He holds a PhD and MA in Human Development and Organizational Systems, a BA in Business Management, and an NCEA in Electronics Engineering.

Yvonne Scully, MBS (TCD), MBA (UCD)

International Market Development

A highly experienced Business Consultant, Food Entrepreneur, and Angel Investor, with a strong background in Finance and Investment Banking, and over 16 years of experience advising high-potential start-ups and scaling SMEs . specialises in export development, internationalisation strategies, and investor readiness.
Yvonne is a Business Growth Advisor with Enterprise Ireland and sits on their Strategic Consultancy Panel, where she has mentored over 40 companies in business strategy, sales and marketing, and securing investment. Her export-focused consultancy work includes roles with LEO Dublin City’s Export Accelerator Programme, LEO South Dublin, and InterTradeIreland, where she supports SMEs in entering new cross-border markets and preparing for trade missions across the island of Ireland and beyond.

Recently, completed formal training in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and is actively applying AI solutions in her consultancy practice. Yvonne founded Bia Kid Ltd, a High Potential Start-Up (HPSU) backed by Enterprise Ireland and Bord Bia, which supplied healthy kids’ meals to Irish retailers and exported to Britain and Northern Ireland.

John Gregory

Patent Attorney, CPA, EPA, European Patent Litigator | Intellectual Property

John is a European and UK Patent Attorney who has worked with a wide range of different types of companies in different engineering fields and has specific knowledge of injectable drug delivery systems and diesel fuel injection equipment. John studied mechanical engineering at Brunel University, before joining the patent profession in 2001 and subsequently working in both private practice and in-house roles.

John is experienced in assisting clients with identifying their intellectual property and providing tailored guidance as to how best to utilise it to meet the client’s commercial objectives.

John Brophy

John founded Carrig Solutions, an IT Services company, at the height – or depth – of the last recession in 2008.

Starting from zero Customers, zero Revenues, limited Capital, and no employees other than himself, John grew Carrig Solutions into a million Euro company, directly employing 12 staff, and with an agency operation in the UK.

John has pivoted the company on several occasions to adapt to ever changing markets, and now Carrig Solutions focusses on Project Management, ICT Procurement and IT related consultancy.

John has been a Mentor for Technology companies with Dublin City LEO for over five years and in that time has provided significant value add mentoring to almost 100 startups and early stage companies.

Caitlin O’Connor

Caitlin has built her career in technology and product innovation across software, aviation, telecommunications and utilities. She has been at heart of innovation and ensuring the cumulative of small continuous changes contribute to increase efficiencies and a competitive advantage.

She has worked with innovation and technology coupled with commercial policy and financial models with innovative pricing models to scale technologies and businesses. Some of these pivoted into a new business.

Working with Caitlin as a trusted mentor and consultant brings a new energy, vision and enthusiasm. As well as being strategic she is tactical.

Caitlin also is well versed on the supports from LEO and Enterprise Ireland and as a business owner herself know the founder struggles.Her core areas of focus are with technology and financial models.
