Arrival / Registration
Accessibility
Although the RDS comprises iconic historic buildings, it strives to be an accessible venue for all. The RDS have provided the below accessibility information. If you require further assistance please contact [email protected]
Parking for People with Disabilities
At the RDS there are car parking, facilities and venue access available for people with disabilities. We have a number of Disabled Car Parking spaces located in the Merrion Rd Car Park and in the Simmonscourt Car Park. These are available on a first come first served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.
Venue
Accessible Toilets
Toilets for people with disabilities are available throughout the venue. All of which have an alarm pull cord system and are unisex. Our staff are aware that not all disabilities are visible.
Guide Dogs
Guide dogs are welcome in the RDS in all areas.
ATM
There is no on site ATM located within the RDS. The nearest ATM is on the Merrion road, ballsbridge (located beside the Horse Show House pub – opposite the entrance to RDS Hall 1)
Catering
A variety of paid catering options will be available during the event. Catering points & gourmet food trucks are located at various points within the venue and also outside adjacent to the Prism stage tent. They are marked on the floor plan, which you will find on the App. All catering points accept cash and card payments.
If you have an allergy or special dietary requirement please contact the hospitality staff. No food or drink purchased outside the RDS is permitted to be brought into the venue.
Charging Points
There are a number of device charging stations located throughout the venue, please view the floor plan to find their locations or ask one of our team onsite.
Cloakroom
There is an attendee cloakroom available on site. The cloakroom is free of charge and is on a first come first serve basis. It is located in Main Hall (1), beside the ladies toilets as soon as you enter from the lobby to the left. It is shown on the floor plan in the app. The event organisers, venue and staff will not be responsible for any attendee belongings left unattended.
Emergencies
Please familiarise yourself with your closest emergency exit at all times. In the event of an emergency please notify a member of the DTS team (Black staff t-shirts), a member of RDS staff or a member of the security team. There is a trained medic and health & safety officer on site at all times during event opening hours.
Event App
The event app is being provided by Brella. All attendees will be sent an invite with a unique access link to log into the event app and set up their own profile.
The App’s main function is to facilitate networking amongst all people at the event. To get the most out of the App we would encourage you to complete your profile – to learn more about the App and creating your profile please view this 2 minute video
First Aid
There is a trained medic and health & safety officer on site at all times during event opening hours. If you require basic first aid please notify a member of the DTS team (Black staff t-shirts), a member of RDS staff or a member of the security team. If it is an emergency medical situation requiring an ambulance please alert a member of staff immediately and an ambulance will be called.
Information Desk
We are happy to help with any questions you may have when you are at DTS 2022. You can easily spot our team at the event in their DTS t-shirts. Please visit the team at the front entrance registration desks and they would be more than happy to help. For exhibitor queries please visit the exhibitor help desk located in the main hall.

Matchmaking Area
The matchmaking area, in association with the Dublin Chamber, is aimed at helping businesses understand and identify opportunities for growth and investment. The area aims to identify technology partners to develop new services & products, and partner with commercial entities and to offer existing technologies and services. Networking Area
We are delighted to provide a dedicated networking area, if you would like to book a slot to network with a fellow attendee please use the networking function on the App to book a dedicated table for a 15 minute slot. If you would like a place to meet and have not booked a slot on the app please attend the area and check with the staff if a table is available.
Onsite Tickets
Tickets must be purchased in advance of entering the registration area. If you have not bought a ticket and would like to attend the booking system remains open.

Parking
Paid parking is available at the RDS on a first come first serve basis. Parking is €7 per car and can be paid by cash or card at the gate. Parking is accessed via the Anglesea Road gate. If the parking in the Main RDS campus becomes full the RDS parking attendants will direct attendees to overflow parking in the RDS Simmonscourt campus.
Programme
The programme is available on the website and event app (see above for more info on event app).
Podcast Area
Mr Gary Fox from The Entrepreneur Experiment Podcast will be interviewing selected speakers over the course of Dublin Tech Summit located in Hall1 at the RDS. Alongside Sarah Freeman, Editor in Chief of Catalyst Media, who will be hosting selected partners in the room.

Water Stations
There are a number of water stations located throughout the venue, please view the floor plan to find their locations or ask one of our team onsite. Remember to bring a refillable bottle.
Wi-Fi
There is a free open Wi-Fi network available for all attendees of the event to use. The network is RDS and there is no password.
I bought a ticket for DTS21, can I get a refund?
Great news, DTS21 Live is not being cancelled, it is being rescheduled until the 26 – 28 April 2022 and all ticket holders will automatically receive a ticket for DTS Virtual live . Any ticket holders will have their tickets automatically transferred over and validated for the new event date.
Will I be reimbursed for my lost travel and accommodation costs?
Google will be cancelling all attendee hotel reservations made through the conference website. If relevant, you will already have received a hotel cancellation email from [email protected]. You will need to cancel any other travel plans or accommodations separately, and are responsible for any associated fees.
