These are available on a first come first served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.
Toilets for people with disabilities are available throughout the venue. All of which have an alarm pull cord system and are unisex. Our staff are aware that not all disabilities are visible.
Guide dogs are welcome in the RDS in all areas.

A variety of paid catering options will be available during the event. Catering points & gourmet food trucks are located at various points within the venue and also outside adjacent to the Prism stage tent. They are marked on the floor plan, which you will find on the App. All catering points accept cash and card payments.
If you have an allergy or special dietary requirement please contact the hospitality staff. No food or drink purchased outside the RDS is permitted to be brought into the venue.
There are a number of device charging stations located throughout the venue, please view the floor plan to find their locations or ask one of our team onsite.
There is an attendee cloakroom available on site. The cloakroom is free of charge and is on a first come first serve basis. It is located in Main Hall (1), beside the ladies toilets as soon as you enter from the lobby to the left. It is shown on the floor plan in the app. The event organisers, venue and staff will not be responsible for any attendee belongings left unattended.
Please familiarise yourself with your closest emergency exit at all times. In the event of an emergency please notify a member of the DTS team (Black staff t-shirts), a member of RDS staff or a member of the security team. There is a trained medic and health & safety officer on site at all times during event opening hours.
The event app is being provided by Brella. All attendees will be sent an invite with a unique access link to log into the event app and set up their own profile.
The App’s main function is to facilitate networking amongst all people at the event. To get the most out of the App we would encourage you to complete your profile – to learn more about the App and creating your profile please view this 2 minute video
