Carmel is a seasoned financial expert with over 11 years of experience as the Group Financial Controller for a leading global Irish software development company headquartered in Dublin.  During her tenure, Carmel successfully led a growing finance department, overseeing the development of critical processes and controls as the company scaled from 30 to 100 employees, transitioning from a technical startup to a thriving enterprise.

Since 2019, Carmel has operated her own consulting business, partnering with entrepreneurs and micro-business owners. Her focus is on identifying and addressing the challenges these businesses face, particularly in managing cash flow and scaling operations. Carmel’s expertise lies in helping growing businesses navigate resource needs—whether financial, human, or operational—to reach the next level of success.
