1. The winner will be chosen by Dublin Tech Summit on the 24th March

2. The winner will be notified before the 27th March via email.

3. The competition will run on DTS social media platforms and email newsletter.

4. To be eligible to enter, entrants must purchase and pay in full for a ticket to Dublin Tech Summit 2023 between 00:00 16th March – 23:59 23rd March 2023. This competition is open to both individual and group ticket holders. Group ticket holders will only be entered into the draw if their name/email address has been provided on the booking form.

5. Eligible entrants will be automatically entered into a draw and the winner will be selected at random.

6. The prize will be presented to the winner on the 30th May in Dublin at the RDS or can be delivered to an agreed destination in Dublin on that date.

7. Employees (and their families) of DTS and its affiliated companies and all 3rd party agencies including Business + Finance are not eligible to win the competition prize.

8. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent the rules of the competition by, for example, the use of use of “script”, “brute force” or any other automated or programmed means, any prize award will be voidand the participant will be refused further participation in the promotion.

9. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

10. The draw for the competition will be managed by Business + Finance who is engaged by eir in respect of this competition. The choice will not need to be explained by Business + Finance or eir or any of their affiliates.

11. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be given.

12. The name of the Dublin restaurant will be confirmed to the winner no later than 30th April.

13. We reserve the right to alter, amend or end this competition without prior notice in the event that circumstances make this unavoidable.

14. DTS accepts no responsibility for any technical difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this competition.

15. The information provided by each eligible entrant will only be used for contacting the eligible entrant in the event they are a winner in this competition and the personal details of the prize winners will not be disclosed for any other purpose unless we recieve the prior consent of the prize winners.

16. Acceptance of the prize by the prize winner constitutes consent to use the relevant prize winner’s name and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion or publicity in any media without additional compensation and the prize winner agrees to take part in such related unpaid promotional activities as DTS may require.

17. Persons entering the competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

18. The prize is not in conjunction with any other offers.

20. DTS reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition and/or vary competition rules at any time without prior notice.

21. DTS’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

22. DTS reserves the right to change any aspect of the prize.

23. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and are subject to the Jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
